In this delightful, comic-like take on 'Freaks', Fenix is raised as the son of macho knife thrower Orga and voluptuous acrobat Concha. Among all this violence he walks the path from childhood to maturity in a resigned manner. Art cinema that is both deranged and mesmerizing and could only be made by maestro Alejandro Jodorowsky (El Topo, Holy Mountain).
